Water Meter-$7,000 Engineer Studies-$350.00
All new meters require a engineer study, call or come into the office to get started!
The New Membership Benefit Unit Fee includes installation of a Residential Meter Tap Connection.
Once a meter is purchased there is a $25.00 monthly operations fee weather the meter is set or not. An additional $3.50 monthly read fee will be added once meter is set.
Please be advised that the landowner is responsible for all additional costs involved with the installation of this water service, i.e., road crossings, road boring, line extensions, etc.
Line extensions require a 70% payment upfront before project is started and a 30% net 30 when the line extension is complete.
If a meter requires only a road crossing to get the meter set, these same payments apply to a road crossing as well.
All checks for engineer studies, meters, & line extensions should be made out to Rural Water District #4.
